This Privacy Policy explains how ArabiaReels ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

1.Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
Billing information: your subscription plan and payment status. Payments are handled by PayPal — we receive a transaction and subscription identifier, but we do not store your full card or bank details.
Content data: the prompts, topics, brand inputs, and the videos, scripts, voice-overs, and images generated for you.
Connected accounts: access tokens and basic profile data for social platforms you choose to connect (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google), used to publish on your behalf.
Usage & technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used for security and to operate the Service.

2.How We Use Your Information

To create your account, authenticate you, and provide the Service;
To generate, store, and publish videos to platforms you connect;
To process subscriptions and payments through PayPal;
To send transactional and service-related messages (e.g. password resets, billing notices, important account alerts);
To monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3.Third-Party Processors

We share information with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service:

PayPal — subscription billing and payment processing.
AI providers — to generate scripts, imagery, and voice-over from your inputs.
Email delivery — to send transactional and account emails.
Social platform APIs (TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube) — to publish content you create to accounts you connect.
Hosting & storage — to host the application and store generated media.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

4.Google User Data & YouTube API Services

If you connect your YouTube account, ArabiaReels uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using our YouTube integration you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Data we access: with the youtube.upload scope, we access your YouTube channel identity (channel name and ID) and permission to upload videos. With Google Sign-In we access your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture). We do not read, list, modify, or delete your existing videos, comments, subscriptions, or any other YouTube data.
How we use it: solely to (a) identify the channel you connected and (b) upload — at your request — the short videos you create in ArabiaReels to your own YouTube channel. We never post without an action or schedule you set up.
Data transfer: we do not sell, rent, or share Google/YouTube user data with third parties, data brokers, or advertisers. It is used only to provide this user-facing feature.
Data protection: all data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored with restricted access and are used only to upload on your behalf.
Retention & deletion: we keep your Google tokens only while your YouTube account stays connected. Disconnecting it in your dashboard, or deleting your account, immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke our access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
No AI/ML training: we do not use Google/YouTube user data to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models, and we do not transfer it to any third-party AI/ML service.

Limited Use statement: ArabiaReels' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5.TikTok Integration & Content Posting

If you connect your TikTok account, ArabiaReels uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. Our use of TikTok data adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy.

Scopes we request: user.info.basic (to read your basic TikTok profile — display name and avatar — so we can show which account is connected) and video.publish (to upload and publish, at your request, the short videos you create in ArabiaReels to your own TikTok account).
How we use it: solely to (a) identify the TikTok account you connected and (b) publish the videos you create — only when you press publish or set up a schedule. We never post without an action or schedule you set up. Each video is sent with the privacy level you choose (e.g. public, followers, or private/self-only).
Data we do NOT access: we do not read, list, edit, or delete your existing TikTok videos, followers, direct messages, comments, or analytics. We request only the minimum scopes needed to publish on your behalf.
Data transfer: we do not sell, rent, or share TikTok user data with third parties, data brokers, or advertisers. It is used only to provide this user-facing feature.
Data protection: all data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your TikTok OAuth tokens are stored with restricted access and are used only to publish on your behalf.
Retention & deletion: we keep your TikTok tokens only while your TikTok account stays connected. Disconnecting it in your dashboard, or deleting your account, immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens.
No AI/ML training: we do not use TikTok user data to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models, and we do not transfer it to any third-party AI/ML service.

6.Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session and security. We do not use cookies to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working correctly.

7.Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.

8.Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and restricted access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

access, correct, or update your personal information;
request deletion of your personal data;
object to or restrict certain processing;
request a copy of your data in a portable format;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10.Disconnecting Social Accounts

You can disconnect any connected social account at any time from your dashboard. Doing so revokes our access tokens and stops future automated posting to that account. You may also revoke access directly from the social platform's settings.

11.Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12.International Users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to facilities and third-party processors that may be located in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
