Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ArabiaReels (the "Service"), operated by ArabiaReels ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.The Service
ArabiaReels is an AI-powered platform that generates short-form videos — including scripts, AI imagery, voice-over, and background music — and can automatically publish them to connected social media accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Features, limits, and posting frequency depend on your subscription plan.
2.Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.Subscriptions, Billing & Access
- Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. You select a plan at sign-up and complete payment through our payment processor, PayPal, before your account is activated.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
- Prices are stated on our pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
- You authorize us and PayPal to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.
4.Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- After cancellation you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period; access is then removed.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not pro-rated.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, generate, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence;
- is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise harmful;
- infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation;
- contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You must also comply with the terms and community guidelines of any social platform you connect and publish to.
6.Your Content & Ownership
- You retain ownership of the prompts, topics, and brand inputs you provide ("Inputs").
- Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, you own the videos generated for you ("Outputs") and may use them commercially.
- You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to publish content to platforms you connect.
- Because generative AI may produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee Outputs are unique, and you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.
7.Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party providers, including AI model providers, voice synthesis, payment processing (PayPal), and social media APIs (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.
8.Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled posting depends on third-party platform APIs that may delay, reject, or remove content outside our control.
9.Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArabiaReels and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Service, or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and, to the extent applicable, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (the "DIFC Courts") shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
